1. Order Confirmation and Tracking: 

Once you place the order on our website and make payment for it, you would receive an order confirmation email immediately. If you don’t receive it, please contact us. You can also visit your Member Center to view detailed information about the state of the order.

We will ship the package within 12 hours. Once shipped out, an email will be sent to you within the next 12 hours showing that the order has been shipped and could be tracked with the tracking NO provided. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

2. Orders may be delayed for the following reasons: 

- The addresses of “Billing” and “Shipping” are not the same. 
- The order is in pending status waiting for credit verification. 
- A product is currently out of stock. 
- customized order.

Delivery is guaranteed. If the package is lost we will reship at our expense. 

Check Tracking
We mainly ship the parcels with EMS,DHL and FedEx which are both safer from the custom. Your parcel will be posted by EMS for most countries. For some countries, which EMS can't be reached, the parcel will be sent by DHL or FedEx.All parcels will be sent by courier to your door. However, there are some exceptional occation that you need to go to get your package at your native post office with your tracking number.Please allow 6-8 days for delivery of your parcel. 

The parcel will be sent out within 12 hours after receiving the payment, then the tracking number will be sent to you by email. With this tracking number you will know the progress of your order online.All parcels sent by EMS can be tracked on For some countries,you also can track it on your national postal service website.

We try our best to make sure the products shipped to you are in the best condition.

(1) Refund.  We give a Full  Refund for questioned products. However, you have to pay for return postages. And we don't take the responsibility if lost during return transport. We cannot give a full refund for these reasons:

       "I have changed my mind on this product."
       "The product is not what I'd imagine it to be."
       "I don't like this product after I have received it."

(2) Maintenance. All our products are special offers and clients should pay for return postage if need ship back to get items fixed.
Returns can be sent by local post office, do not use FeDex, DHL, UPS, Etc, it must be in well condition, including the outer casing.


Replacement.Our replacement policy is based on the condition that there are obvious quality problems about the items. If you want to get a replacement , you must submit within 14 days after receiving the goods. Client can choose a replacement of the same product or product with same value. We will ship a new item to you once we get the item returned. However, client has to pay for the original and return shipping charges.
